VCCS to NSU: Guaranteed Admission Agreement
“The Guaranteed Admission Agreement” is intended to ease the transition from the VCCS to NSU.
To be eligible for participation in this GAA: The student must:
- Graduate from a transfer oriented degree program from a Virginia community college with a cumulative 2.0 gpa on a 4.0 scale as shown on the official VCCS transcript.
- Earn a grade of “C” or higher in each community college course applicable to the transfer-oriented associate degree program.
- Submit an official transcript showing completion of the transfer-oriented associate degree and (if applicable) official documents regarding the testing agency for Advanced Placement, CLEP, or other advanced standing credit applied toward completion of the transfer-oriented associate degree to the NSU Transfer Admissions Office.
- Must not have previously matriculated at NSU as a degree-seeking student.

Course Equivalency Search
The Course Equivalency Search tool is designed to help you determine how courses may transfer to NSU. Only courses with grades of "C" or higher are transferable.
