Akosua Acheamponmaa

Akosua AcheamponmaaMs. Acheamponmaa Nwala is an Old Dominion University alumna and entrepreneur. She has helped entrepreneurs and innovators, including those from George Mason University, Old Dominion University and Ferguson, to convert their visions into tangible resources and platforms. Ms. Acheamponmaa Nwala joined the NSUIC as its Director in 2019.

 

Dr. Rhonda Alexander

Dr. Rhonda AlexanderDr. Alexander is a Hampton University alumna, serial entrepreneur, global consultant, NSU faculty, author, and entrepreneur coach. Her work with businesses around the world spans more than 25 years. Dr. Rhonda joined the NSUIC as its Executive Adviser in 2019.

 

Tiffany Richardson

Tiffany RichardsonTiffany Richardson is an NSU alumna, serial entrepreneur, business consultant, and the Event and Education Coordinator for the NSU Innovation Center. Tiffany is responsible for creating, coordinating, and hosting center events as well as coming up with interesting and valuable topics that may appeal to the Hampton Roads entrepreneurial community as a whole. She has been serving with the NSUIC since January 2020.

Yasmeen Freightman

Yasmeen FreightmanYasmeen Freightman is the Marketing Specialist for the NSU Innovation Center. She organizes and manages marketing campaigns for all center events and programming, including the key incubator programs. She has been with the center since May 2021. 

 

Valerie Williams

Valerie WilliamsValerie Williams is the Administrative and Office Specialist for the NSU Innovation Center. She handles all office administrative duties, coordinates center programming and scheduling, and also handles program participant intake. She has been serving with the center since June 2021.

 

Corissa Coleman

Corissa ColemanCorissa Coleman is the Logistics Coordinator for the NSU Innovation Center. She manages the maintenance and service within the center, oversees center’s equipment assets, and tracks center supplies, equipment, resources, and materials. Corissa has been serving with the center since August 2021.
