Before registering for New Student Orientation, you must complete the following steps as a new Spartan.
Step One:
Access your NSU student email account, visit First-time Students webpage. For assistance logging into your student email account contact clientservices@nsu.edu or call 757-823-8678.
Step Two:
Start the mandatory Not Anymore Training and obtain a score of at least 80% on the post test. Visit NSU Students VA Safe College and use Registration Key 7528c609 to start the mandatory Not Anymore Training.
Step Three:
Submit your health immunization form by visiting Med Proctor. Type in your spartan email address to get started and follow the directions to start a new account. For assistance contact the Spartan Health Center at 757-278-3360
Step Four:
Request your student identification card also known as SpartanCard by emailing spartancardphoto@nsu.edu or call (757) 823-9479 to submit a request. For more information check-out the SpartanCard webpage.
Step five:
Before registering, you must review the items on the admitted student checklist.
- Please note that there are several steps to complete before you can register for NSO. To register for NSO log into your Spartan Portal.
- To log in to your Spartan Portal, please utilize the username and password you created to log into your NSU Application.
