Location
Taking into account the initiatives of Norfolk State University and the city of Norfolk, the ideal location for innovation and entrepreneurship is in downtown Norfolk. Downtown Norfolk provides NSUIC members with the convenience and enjoyment of close access to MacArthur Mall, the NEON District, popular local eateries and other landmarks and business—all are within walking distance. The location is considered to be the center of the region’s arts, dining, entertainment and financial scenes.

Hours
From Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., NSUIC staff(s) will be present at the center. However, NSUIC community members will have 24/7 secure access to the center.
