The Office of Transfer Admissions & Services (OTAS) is dedicated to provide a seamless and positive transfer enrollment process by empowering and equipping our students with the knowledge and resources needed to graduate and succeed in a diverse and changing society.
Academic Advising
Students transferring a maximum of 59 credit college level hours will register for courses in our Student Success Center. Each student is assigned an academic advisor to assist you with registration.

Passport Program
The Passport Program is designed to assist promising high school students who do not meet the University's freshman admission requirements. It provides an opportunity for student's to take college level courses at any Virginia Community College in an effort to achieve academic success.
