Housing Application

The housing application for the Spring 2025 term is open on October 4, 2024, for first-time students and will open on October 29th for returning students (not currently assigned for Fall 2024 housing). The $300 housing deposit is non-refundable.

Returning students must be registered with 12 credit hours before they can apply for housing. Exceptions will be given to graduate students or graduating seniors who need less than 12 hours to graduate in May 2025. Class registration begins on October 28th.

The housing applications are accessed from the Housing Self-service portal.

The housing deadline for incoming NSU students is as follows:

The housing application and $300 non-refundable deposit must be paid by:
November 16th

How to begin?

To begin the housing application process, please read the information below carefully and complete the entire process. Your housing application will not be considered complete until you have submitted the finished housing application and paid the appropriate housing deposit. Both the housing application and the deposit must be received by the respective deadline to guarantee housing. Housing deposits are non-refundable.

Where To Apply

The housing application is available through the Housing Self-service portal.

The Housing Self-Service portal is compatible with most popular web browsing software, except for Apple Safari. This includes the most recent and commonly used versions of:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
