Child Care Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) Program
The Norfolk State University Preschool Academy will provide Preschool Services for children (3-4 ½) of students enrolled at Norfolk State. CCAMPIS is a federally funded program from the U.S. Department of Education to support Pell Grant eligible student parents in completing their degree through access to high-quality child care programs and the provision of child care stipends.
