NSU Faculty and Staff are able to change or reset their passwords, if they have extablished an online profile. If you have not extablished an online profile, please contact Client Services.
During one’s stay or visit to NSU, wireless is available in most buildings. Students who have NSU accounts will be able to access NSUWIRELESS using the same username and password used to access MyNSU. Additional information

Opening a Support Ticket
Log into the NSU OTRS (Open Technology Real Services) to open a support ticket. When prompted, enter in your NSU userid/password. Once a ticket has been opened, you will be notified via NSU email. OTRS Login
