Student housing contracts for all University residential areas (except Spartan Suites) officially end 24 hours after your last scheduled final examination. Students are expected to depart within 24 hours after your last exam or by Friday, May 3, 2024, at 7:00pm.
Graduating students, non-graduating students who are involved with the commencement ceremony, and those who are unable to depart by Friday, May 3rd may remain until Saturday, May 4th at 3:00pm.
Session A
- Session A and A & B Students Move-In: May 5, 2024, at 10am
- Session A Students Move-Out: June 22, 2024, at 7pm
Session B
- Session B Students Move-In: June 23, 2024, at 10am
- Session B and A & B Students Move-Out: July 20, 2024 at 7pm
- First-Time Students Move-In: August 10, 2024, at 10am
- Returning Student Move-in: August 15, 2024, at 10am
Fall Break is from October 10-11, 2024. Students will not need to check out of housing for the Fall 2024 Break.
The residence halls close at 7:00pm on Tuesday, November 19th. Residents must be checked out by this time.
They will reopen on Sunday, December 1st at noon. Students have the option to return to campus after Thanksgiving.
Students are expected to depart within 24 hours after your last exam or by Friday, December 6, 2024, at 7pm.
Graduating students and non-graduating students who are involved with the commencement ceremony may remain until Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 3:00pm.
