University Spartan Legion to
Host High School Band Competition Sept. 23 Norfolk, Va.— Norfolk State University’s “Spartan Legion” band will host a high school band competition Saturday, Sept. 23. The competition, which is sponsored by the Department of Bands, will begin at 4 p.m. at William “Dick Price” Stadium, located on the NSU campus. The gates will open at 2:30 p.m. The cost for the event is $5 per person. Tickets may be purchased at the NSU Ticket Office and all TicketMaster locations. For more information, call 823-8563.
