Academic Common Market
The Southern
Regional Education Board (SREB) and the state higher education agencies of
the participating states – Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia,
Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South
Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia – administer the
Academic Common Market (ACM) program. The ACM allows students from
participating states to pay in-state tuition rates at out-of-state
schools while studying in select programs not available at public
institutions in their state of residence. The following Norfolk State
University degree programs are currently available through the ACM for
students from participating
states.
