MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Facilities Management Administrative Department
is to oversee several functions. The functions include all university
capital and non-capital projects, the division is responsible for budget
development, the procurement of goods and services, the storeroom and
financial accounting. In addition, the division provides postal services
to the student, faculty and staff and operates a fleet unit which
consist of state vehicles, vans, shuttles and coaches which are used to
be used to conduct official travel on and off campus.

PRIORITIES
NOTE:
In providing support services, Facilities
Management Administrative is responsible for maintaining and repairing
structural, electrical and mechanical systems throughout the campus.
Management also assures the cleanliness of all university facilities and
