MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Facilities Management Administrative – Accounting division is to effectively and efficiently provide a safe and comfortable environment for our students, faculty, staff and visitors by maintain all buildings, grounds and campus intra-structure that meet or exceed SCHEV, State and Federal guidelines. 

 GOALS

  • Ensure safe and reliable equipment, systems and vehicles (cars, buses and vans)
  • Provide 100% accountability for financial operations
  • Process and execute routine work orders timely
  • Perform preventative maintenance timely
  • Eliminate campus deferred maintenance backlog
  • KEEP EMPLOYEES EXCITED  -  CUSTOMERS DELIGHTED
