Norfolk State University’s Fall 2009 Commencement will be held
in the Joseph G. Echols Memorial Hall Arena on Saturday,
December 12, 2009. The processional will begin at 9:30 a.m. with
the program immediately following at 10:00 a.m.
All guests are required to have an
Admission Ticket for the Commencement Ceremony. Seats will be
filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Access to the Arena will not be permitted during the
Processional. Please inform your guests in order
that they may plan their time of arrival at the Exercises
accordingly.
